Fruit Smoothie Ingredients
Frozen Fruit: Peaches, Strawberries, Honeydew, Pineapple, Blueberries
1 Tablespoon of Greek yogurt, Half a small bottle of Coconut Water
Blend all ingredients in a blender and enjoy. This smoothie has a lot of natural sugars in it. Because of this, it is not made to help you lose weight. It is still healthy because there are no added sugars.
