The Multimedia Publications class at White Knoll is in charge of getting school-related news out to the student body and making information about upcoming events readily available. The two ways they do this is through the wolf view and the newspaper, which has recently taken the form of a website.
In this class, you will learn how to record and edit videos, the proper way to write an article, and the right attitude to have while anchoring a news broadcast. The newspaper and wolf view are run almost exclusively by the students, so they have the freedom to express themselves creatively while still getting the job done.
If you are interested in becoming an anchor or journalist, or think it just sounds fun, all you need to do is sign up for the class ‘Multimedia Publications’. You do not need to have taken any other classes before this one, just talk to your guidance counselor and get it on your schedule. With only a few simple steps, you can become a part of one of the most connected clubs in White Knoll.
That being said, it does take work and is not an “easy A” class. However, the fun you have, the friends you meet, and all the things you learn make it more than worth it.
