Wellness Wednesday – Plant Based Protein Balls

Chef Gogo and guest chef 1st Sergeant Pelley use entirely plant based ingredients to make some delicious bite-sized snacks.

Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup Peanut or Almond Butter

“Lil bit” of Sunflower Butter

2 tsp Chia Seeds

1/2 cup of chocolate chips

1/4 cup of maple syrup or honey

1TB coconut oil

1 tsp cinnamon

1 scoop protein powder

Directions

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. You can use a mixer or just a spoon. Make sure the mixture is dry enough to form into balls. Form the mixture into bite sized balls and refrigerate.
