Wellness Wednesday – Caesar Salmon Pita


Whole Wheat Pocket Pita

Fresh Spinach

Canned Salmon

Caesar Dressing

Parmesan Romano Cheese


Cut the pocket pita in half. Cut the spinach. Stuff the spinach into the bottom of one half of the pita. Open canned salmon and drain it before putting it into a mixing bowl. Add about a tablespoon of caesar dressing and some parmesan cheese. Mix the ingredients up, then add the salmon mixture to the pita, top with some more spinach and a bit more caesar dressing.

Add a side of some delicious fruit and enjoy a delicious and nutritious lunch.
