Wellness Wednesday – Healthy No Bake Cookies

Ingredients

1/2 Cup Peanut Butter

1/4 Cup Honey or Maple Syrup

1/4 tsp Salt

1/4 Cup Coconut Oil

A “Little Bit” of Vanilla

2 Tbsp of Cocoa Powder

1 Cup of Oats

1/4 Cup of Coconut

 

Directions

Combine Peanut Butter, Honey/Maple Syrup, Salt, and Coconut Oil and heat in microwave or in saucepan on the stove until melted.

Add Vanilla and Cocoa Powder and stir.

Add oats and coconut and combine until ingredients are well blended.

Use a spoon to drop cookies onto wax or parchment paper then refrigerate or freeze until cookies are solid.
