Wellness Wednesday – Overnight Oats

Ingredients

1/2 Cup Oats

1/2 Cup Coconut Water or Almond Milk

2 TBSP PB2 Peanut Butter Powder

1 tsp Maple Syrup or Honey

1 TBSP Flax Seeds or Chia Seeds

Cinnamon, Pumpkin Spice, or other Similar Spice

Fruit

Directions

Mix together oats, coconut water, peanut butter powder, maple syrup, flax seeds, and a dash of your chosen spice in a cup. Put the mixture in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning, you can add additional maple syrup and a fruit of your choosing such as blueberries or bananas.
