Instead of sharing a healthy recipe, Chef GoGo has issued a challenge for the new year that will span six weeks.
In week one, you should start logging your food intake. MyFitnessPal is a great app for this.
In week two, you should increase your water intake so that you are adequately hydrated.
In week three, cut out sugary beverages such as soda, fruit juices, or even Gatorade.
In week four, try to cut out ALL sugary things including food.
In week five, try to replace one bad or unhealthy habit with a good or healthy habit.
In week six, share with your friends how taking on this challenge affected how you feel.
