Wellness Wednesday – BLT Chicken Salad

Ingredients

Rotisserie Chicken

Bacon (Crispy)

Cherry Tomatoes

Arugula

Avocado

1 tsp Parmesan Cheese

Dash of Jane’s Krazy Mixed Up Salt

Celery Salt

Duke’s Olive Oil Mayonnaise

 

Directions

Shred the rotisserie chicken. Add crispy bacon, cherry tomatoes (sliced in half works best), arugula, chopped (not mashed) avocado, parmesan cheese, Jane’s Krazy Salt, Celery Salt, and Mayonnaise. Mix it up and add mayonnaise until the mix has a consistency to your liking. Put it on a flat bread, and enjoy.
