Wellness Wednesday – Caprese Salad

Ingredients

Avacado

Cherry Tomatoes

Fresh Mozzarella

Fresh Basil

Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)

Balsamic Vinegar

Directions

Chop avocado and fresh mozzarella into chunks. Slice cherry tomatoes in half. Finely chop fresh basil. Toss all ingredients together in a bowl until it is at a desirable consistency.
